MODEC Guyana Inc. (“MOG”) is seeking a qualified SUBCONTRACTOR to support emergency requests and provide prompt assistance during the commissioning phase. All activities must be carried out in compliance with applicable regulatory rules and safety standards. The scope of work includes: * Perform flange torquing and tensioning using Hydratite or an equivalent method to ensure proper sealing and connection integrity. * Conduct these services on critical piping and equipment interfaces as required during commissioning. * Follow approved procedures and standards to achieve the specified torque and tension values. * Provide qualified personnel and specialized equipment to carry out the torquing and tensioning activities safely and efficiently. * Document all procedures, measurements, and results for quality assurance and verification purposes. * Support troubleshooting or re-torquing activities if necessary to address any leaks or connection issues identified during commissioning.
