MODEC Guyana Inc. (“MOG”) is seeking a qualified SUBCONTRACTOR to supply of hydraulic fluid and parts for hydraulic equipment used onboard FPSO. Hydraulic fluid and parts should be readily available in SUBCONTRACTOR’s facilit and can be made readily available to CONTRACTOR on short notice. Items to be made readily available are, but not limited to: • Hydraulic Fluid ̵ Mineral Hydraulic Oil VG68, or equivalent; NAS1638 Class 6 Cleanliness ̵ Mobil DTE 10 68, NAS 7 Cleanliness • High Pressure Hydraulic Hose with 316L stainless steel end fittings crimed on hose ends ̵ Hose Register to include geometry, fitting invormation and tag numbers ̵ Diameter Ranges: ¼” to 3” ̵ Length: Varies ̵ Hydrostatic Pressure Test with Certificate: 15 min pressure test at 1.5 times the design pressure of the line • SAE Flange Code 61 and Code 62 ̵ Diameter Ranges: Varies • O-Rings for SAE Flange Code 61 and Code 62 • End Fittings: ̵ Diameter Ranges: Varies
