The scope of work involves fabrication and supply of a high-quality custom receptionist desk as per required design and specifications. The desk will feature multiple elevations, with specific measurements and finishes, maintaining the original design aesthetic: a white main body, a gray lower section with a vertical slat woodgrain texture, a light oak-finished countertop, a white skirting to match the main body, and an interior storage section below the countertop with white veneer drawers and white oak veneer cabinetry/shelves, using locally sourced materials where applicable. Requirements 1. Delivery, assembly and installation of the receptionist desk. 2. Comply with MODEC’s technical and commercial evaluation process and acknowledge MODEC’s right to select equipment and quantities based on internal criteria. 3. Ensure that the materials, equipment and professionals, that will be provided to MODEC Guyana, are legally qualified to perform the services, in compliance with the applicable legal requirements, and in compliance with the technical specifications defined by MODEC Guyana. 4, Ensure all communications, reports and certificates to be done in English language. 5. All personnel and equipment involved in the execution of the SERVICES must adhere to local practices, laws, and regulations.
