MODEC Guyana Inc. (“MOG”) is seeking a qualified SUBCONTRACTOR to perform comprehensive hydraulic pressure and leak tests during the commissioning phase. These services must be carried out in accordance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols. The scope of work includes: * Conduct hydraulic pressure tests: Utilize certified equipment and trained personnel to perform hydraulic pressure tests up to 1000 bar on specified offshore equipment. * Perform N2HE leak tests: Execute leak tests utilizing nitrogen and helium gas supply to ensure equipment integrity under operational conditions. * Provide experienced operators: Supply skilled personnel trained in handling high-pressure testing equipment and adhering to safety and regulatory standards. * Document and report results: Maintain detailed records of all tests conducted, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. * Implement emergency plans: Ensure that contingency plans are in place to address any potential incidents during testing operations.
