MODEC Guyana Inc is seeking a SUBCONTRACTOR to provide materials and services required for the efficient operations and maintenance of the diesel engines to ensure integrity and efficient performance of the engines on the FPSO Errea Wittu. The SUBCONTRACTOR shall be capable of providing spare parts, materials, and technically qualified personnel to be deployed onboard the FPSO ERREA WITTU upon request. These personnel will perform inspections, maintenances and troubleshooting, and deliver solutions to ensure the timely rectification of any issues that may arise during the operation and maintenance of diesel engines onboard of FPSO. This scope covers: • Cummins Diesel Engine (QSK60-DM) • Wartsila Diesel Engine (W12V32) Requirements The SUBCONTRACTOR’s services shall include but is not limited to: 1. Execute preventive maintenance for diesel engines as per manufacturer’s manuals, job descriptions, and MODEC’s maintenance strategy, including but not limited to: • Inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of listed diesel engines. • Timely rectification of issues to ensure integrity and performance of the engines. 2. Provide corrective maintenance support, including troubleshooting, repairs, and restoration of system reliability, in accordance with OEM manuals. 3. Ensure certified manpower is supplied for maintenance execution as per manufacturer requirements, in compliance with applicable legal requirements. 4. Provide mobilization/demobilization services, including transportation, logistics, and coordination for offshore activities as per MODEC’s offshore activity plan. 5. Demonstrate an effective HSSE management system covering: • HSSE policies (Drug & Alcohol, PPE, etc.) • Safe system of work procedures and bridging documents for emergency response 6. Ensure all tools, materials, and PPE are provided, certified, and maintained in compliance with MODEC HSSEQ requirements. 7. Provide deliverables, including service history records, certificates, and reports, in English. Remote access to certificates and reports shall be available through secure connection. 8. Ensure compliance with all certification requirements, including but not limited to: • OPITO-approved BOSIET (with HUET) • OPITO-approved IMIST • Industry standard training, certification, and verification of competency 9. Perform all services in full compliance with industry standards, OEM guidelines and MODEC’s requirements. 10. The SUBCONTRACTOR shall be a Manufacturer Representative, or a company certified by the Manufacturer to perform these services.
