MODEC Guyana Inc. (“MOG”) is seeking a qualified SUBCONTRACTOR to perform work offshore, including inspection, maintenance, or repair activities involving raising and lowering personnel safely and efficiently. All activities must adhere to relevant safety standards, certifications, and regulatory requirements. The scope includes: * Perform offshore rope access activities: Conduct inspection, maintenance, or repair tasks at heights or difficult-to-access areas using rope access techniques. * Work at heights: Access and work in confined or elevated spaces where conventional scaffolding or lifts are impractical. * Ensure safety and compliance: Follow all safety protocols, standards (such as IRATA or SPRAT), and environmental requirements during operations. * Provide safety and rescue support: Be prepared to undertake emergency rescue procedures if necessary. * Coordinate with on-site teams: Maintain clear communication and operational coordination with other offshore personnel and teams. * Document and report: Log all activities, inspections, and rescue operations for compliance and record-keeping.
