MODEC Guyana Inc. (“MOG”) is seeking a qualified SUBCONTRACTOR to perform valve services during commissioning and operational phases. All activities must adhere to safety standards, technical specifications, and relevant regulatory requirements. The scope includes: * Valve fault diagnosis and repair: Repair common valve faults, such as valve seat lapping, gland packing repair, disassemble, clean, reseat, and reassemble. * Valve seal and face repair: Repair or replace valve seat sealing surfaces and flange face repairs as needed to restore proper sealing. * Actuator repair: Conduct actuator disassembly, inspection, repair, and reinstallation, ensuring valve actuator functionality. * Valve disassembly and reassembly: Remove faulty valves or components and accurately reassemble after repair, ensuring proper function. * Valve testing and calibration: Test repaired valves and actuators to confirm operational integrity and performance standards. * Documentation and reporting: Provide detailed reports and records of all repair activities, inspections, and testing results.
