BGU-2026-19 17 September 2026 EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) Provision of Vessel Waste Management, Sludge Disposal & Tank Cleaning Services Bourbon Guyana Inc. invites suitably qualified, licensed and experienced Guyanese companies to submit Expressions of Interest for the provision of waste management, sludge disposal and tank cleaning services in support of its marine operations. Scope of Services The scope may include: • Collection and disposal of vessel-generated sludge • Collection and disposal of oily waste • Garbage and general vessel waste collection • Transportation of waste from designated locations • Tank cleaning services • Removal and disposal of residues generated during tank cleaning • Provision of appropriate equipment and trained personnel • Provision of waste disposal documentation/manifests where applicable • Compliance with applicable environmental, safety and regulatory requirements Interested Companies Should Provide Company profile; business registration; Local Content Certificate/registration where applicable; environmental permits/licences applicable to the services offered; HSE policies and procedures; waste handling and disposal methodology; details of equipment and trained personnel; relevant experience; and references for similar marine/offshore services.
