Attn: To All Guyanese Women Owned Businesses Subject: Bourbon Guyana Vendor Registration – Clarification Meeting Dear Sir/Madam, Bourbon Guyana Inc (BGU) a Guyanese company is interested in continually increasing the participation of other local Guyanese businesses in our daily operations. Bourbon Guyana Inc operates Offshore Support Vessels to O&G Operators in Guyana, and therefore the potential for purchases and procurement of specialized services to our vessels is requiring some additional services. Bourbon Guyana Inc will be hosting another Clarification Meeting on Wednesday, 13th May, 2026 10:00 – 11:30 AM at our office at 130BB, First Street, Eccles, East Bank Demerara, Guyana. Please note that this meeting is targeted towards Women Owned Businesses only, whom are holding Local Content Certificates we will also allow remote and we will also allow attendance via TEAMS for this session. Upon registration to attend, the Teams Link will be provided. So thank you in advance for expressing interest in attending the Bourbon Guyana Vendor Registration Clarification Meeting. We appreciate your enthusiasm and would like to provide further clarification regarding the session’s purpose and scope. The workshop primarily aims to familiarize administration staff involved in the registration process with the necessary steps, requirements, and procedures for becoming a registered vendor with Bourbon Guyana. It is designed to offer guidance and insights into the administrative aspects of the vendor registration process. We want to emphasize that this workshop is not intended as an opportunity for business development discussions. Instead, it focuses solely on addressing the administrative aspects of the registration & pre- Qualification process. We kindly request that vendors seeking business development opportunities with Bourbon Guyana request a separate meeting for these discussions.
